Open RegistryClear and select the sections you want to scan, by default all sections are checked. Click on the "Start Scan" button.

Finally, after you are satisfied with the results found, click on "Repair Problems" to remove the selected entries. The program creates a backup of the changes before it fixes the computer. These backups can be accessed and restored if needed by clicking on the "Backup" button on the left hand side of the screen.
